Roger E. Fountain

Roger E. Fountain, 54, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, February 9th, peacefully, at Salina Regional Health Center, Kansas. Roger was born in Phoenix, Arizona on March 16, 1961, a son of the late Frances and Leroy Fountain. Roger worked for McDonald's restaurants around Salina for 17 years. Roger was a man who always had a smile and a kind word for everybody. Survivors include brothers, Bob Fountain, of Salina, Kansas, Steve Fountain, of Salina, Kansas, Barry Fountain, of Salina, Kansas, Billy Joe Fountain, of Newton, Kansas; Bruce Hedstrom, of Salina, Kansas, Gerald Fountain, of Salina, Kansas, Lon Hofman, of Wamego, Kansas; sisters, Cindy Jimmerson, of Salina, Kansas, Julie Hofman, of Ogden, Kansas; He is preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother. Cremation has taken place. A reception will be held with Roger's family present from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.
