Roxanne Marie Mitchell Roxanne Marie Mitchell, 42, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Thursday, August 6th. Roxanne was born in Torrance, California on February 6, 1973, a daughter of Cindy Delgado, of Salina, Kansas and Jeff Kelton, of Hawaii. Survivors include husband, Ron Mitchell; daughter, Amanda Mitchell, of Salina, Kansas; son,Michael Kidd; parents, Jeff Kelton of Hawaii and Cindy Delgado of Salina, Kansas; brothers, Jeffery Kelton, Nick Kelton, Matt Kelton; sister, Mari Kelton; grandfather, Juan Delgado; granddaughter, Lillian Burkenbine. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Betty Delgado. A Memorial service will be announced at a later date. Family request donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
