Salina, Kansas Russell Wayne Cornelius Russell Wayne Cornelius, 60, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, October 24th, 2021. Russell was born in Council Grove, Kansas on September 30, 1961, a son of Rosallie (Pitts) and the late Frankie Cornelius. Survivors include his mother, Rosallie Cornelius of Solomon, Kansas; two daughters, Kristina Meadors, Tiffany Rice; son, Cody Rice; many grandchildren and fur grandchildren. Russell is also survived by a sister, Robin Kelley; two brothers, Rad Cornelius and Rex Cornelius. Celebration of Life will be held 3:00 PM- 5:30PM Saturday, November 05, 2021, at New Beginnings, 321 N. Santa Fe, Salina, Kansas.
