Shirley Ann Taylor Shirley Ann Taylor, 81, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Friday, April 18th, at Lindsborg Community Hospital. Shirley was born in Kansas City, Missouri on July 14, 1932, daughter of the late Chalace Ulala (Rand) and Francis Oakley Baker. She worked as an assistant at SERSCEP. She is also survived by 2 daughters and 1 son; numerous grandchildren; good friend, Kay Doris; and the Adkins family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Taylor and her beloved cat, Sweetie. No services are planned at this time as cremation has taken place.
