Shirley J. Wilson

Shirley J. Wilson died peacefully of cancer at a rehabilitation center in Salina on October 30, 2022 at the age of 81.
She was born July 23, 1941 in Winfield, Kansas and was married for 46 years to Michael L. Wilson.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Michael; daughter, Jennifer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and son, Ryan of Salina.
She was primarily a homemaker and in later years a part-time McDonald’s employee.
She was preceded in death by parents Donald and Pauline Dunbar and a brother Richard.
Cremation has been chosen.
The memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 843 Lewis Ave., Salina beginning at 2:00 p.m. on November 17, 2022.
At a later date the interment ceremony will be held at Floral cemetery near Winfield.
