Shirley Jean Kelley

Shirley Jean Kelley, 83, of Abilene, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, October 12th, at Salina Regional Health Center. Shirley was born in Keokuk, Iowa on December 15, 1932, to the late Hazel (Tessaru) and Raymon Groves. She was the wife of George Kelley, Sr. Survivors include her husband, George, Sr.; sons, George Kelley, Jr. and his wife Michelle, of Abilene, Kansas; and Ralph Kelley and his wife Michelle, of Althel, Idaho; as well as 7 grandchildren and 11 great grand children. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, sister, June Rairden and great grandson, Tai'Shaughn Matthews. Cremation has been chosen and there is no visitation. A memorial service will be held at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 17th, with Pastor Jon Fillipi officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
