Tammy Jo Main, 57, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, February 11th, 2025.
Tammy was born in Salina, Kansas on August 23, 1967, to Barbara Green Main and Larry Main.
Tammy worked at Central High School as the head cook for most of her life. She took pride in taking care of the kids. It would have been her 30th year there on her birthday.
In her free time, she loved to fish, and rescue animals.
Survivors include her husband, James Quade; son, Brandon Main; and sister, Rhonda Shannon (Darrel).
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents, Charles and Ethel "Honey" Green, Frankie and Edna Main; and brother, Randy Main.
A visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Sunday, February 16th at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, February 17th at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Cemetery.
The family requests donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or ASPCA in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.
