Thaddeus Eugene Johnson

Valley Center, Kansas Thaddeus Eugene Johnson Thaddeus Eugene Johnson, 46, of Valley Center, Kansas, passed away Friday, October 18th, at his residence. Thaddeus was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina on May 25, 1967, to the late Patricia A. (Kee) and Melvin Johnson. Thaddeus was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a paraeducator for the Sedgwick County Interlocal Cooperative. Thaddeus was a 2011 graduate of McPherson College, and was currently pursuing his Masters Degree in social work from Wichita State University. Survivors include his daughters, Jericho A., (Ray) Parker, of Salina, and Jade A. Johnson, of Salina; son, Daniel D. Johnson, of Salina; step-mother, Lucille Johnson; fianc, Natalie D. Horton, of Valley Center, Kansas; sisters, Diantha 'Fatchild' Johnson, of Miramar, Florida, and Elizabeth 'Liz' Johnson, of Miami Gardens, Florida; grandson, Ayden Parker, of Salina; grand daughter, Madeleine Parker, of Salina; as well as many step brothers, step sisters, nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Visitation will be at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Thursday, October 24, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The family will greet friends from 6-8. A funeral service will be held at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, Salina, Kansas, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 25th, with Allen D. Smith, officiating. Interment will follow at Gypsum Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in Thaddeus's name to Chisholm Life Skills Center, 2515 E. Osie, Wichita, Kansas 67211. GO DOLPHINS!!
