Todd Pooler, 64, of Salina, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Todd was born in Augusta, Maine, on February 15, 1961, to Anita (Gagne) and Arthur Pooler.

After graduating from high school, Todd entered the United States Army, where he proudly served for seven years in the United States, Germany, and overseas. During his service, Todd worked in the military police and took great pride in protecting and supporting those around him.

Following his military career, Todd held numerous jobs, including construction and cooking—his lifelong passion. Each year, he dedicated a month of his time to Habitat for Humanity or Mission work, using his skills to help build and repair homes for others. Todd was known for being a hard worker with a generous heart, always ready to lend a hand.

Todd is survived by his sisters, Vanessa Mayhew; Michelle Hughes; and Lisa Giguere all of Winslow, Maine; and by his brother, Brad Pooler and his wife, Angel of Salina, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as countless beloved friends in the Salina area.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has been chosen, and no services will take place in accordance with Todd’s wishes.

The family requests that donations be made to the Salina Rescue Mission, 1716 Summers Rd., Salina, Kansas.
