Walter Franklin "Jr." Aleshire, Jr. Walter Franklin "Jr." Aleshire, Jr., 78, of Salina, passed away Saturday, August 14th, 2021. Jr. was born in Abilene, Kansas on March 23, 1943, a son of the late Goldie Darlene (Forney) and Walter Franklin Aleshire, Sr. He worked at St. John's Military School for many years. Survivors include his nephew, Joel Aleshire; and great nieces, Cassandra Aleshire and Maya Aleshire, all of Salina. He is preceded in death by his sister, Nadine Aleshire. Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned . Donations may be made to Bluestem PACE, sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St., Salina, Kansas 67401.
